What types of properties do you photograph?

We cover all residential property types — single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family units, and vacant land. Our photographers handle BPO exterior shots, occupancy verifications, property condition reports, and insurance inspection photos across all 50 states.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Standard orders are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment. Rush orders (where available in your area) are completed within 4–8 hours. Turnaround times are measured from the moment a photographer accepts the order, not from order placement.

How does billing work?

Orders are charged to your client wallet. You can fund your wallet via ACH bank transfer (reference number provided at checkout). Wallet balances are applied automatically at order placement. Invoices are generated weekly and available in your dashboard.

Can I place bulk orders?

Yes. Your client dashboard includes a Bulk Upload tool that accepts CSV or XLSX files. Upload a spreadsheet with property addresses and package selections, preview the order list, and submit all at once. Bulk orders receive the same 24–48 hour turnaround per property.

How do I download my completed photos?

Once an order is marked complete and photos pass our quality review, they appear in the My Orders tab of your dashboard. You can download individual photos or use the Download All button to get a ZIP of the full set.

Every order goes through admin quality control before delivery. If photos still don't meet your requirements after delivery, contact our support team within 48 hours and we'll arrange a reshoot at no additional charge.

How much can I earn per order?

Photographer pay varies by package type and your coverage area. Basic orders typically pay $15–$25, Standard orders $25–$40, and Premium orders $40–$65. Pay rates are shown on each available job before you accept it — you're never surprised after the fact.

How and when do I get paid?

Earnings accumulate in your photographer wallet after each completed and QC-approved order. Payouts are processed every Friday for balances of $25 or more. You'll need to complete a W-9 before your first payout. ACH transfers typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

How does the job assignment system work?

When a client places an order, our blast system notifies photographers who cover that ZIP code first. If no one accepts within 15 minutes, the blast expands to county-level coverage, then state-level. You'll receive a notification and can accept or pass on any available job.

Can I set my own coverage area?

Yes. Your photographer dashboard includes a Coverage Manager where you can register coverage by ZIP code, county, or entire state. You only receive job notifications for areas you've registered. You can update your coverage area at any time.

What equipment do I need?

A smartphone with a 12MP or better camera is sufficient for most orders. A DSLR or mirrorless camera is preferred for Premium orders. You'll also need reliable transportation and the ability to photograph exteriors in various weather conditions. No drone or interior photography equipment is required unless you opt into those order types.

What are the photo requirements?

Photos must be taken in landscape orientation, minimum 12MP resolution, with no filters applied. Required shots include front elevation, street view, left and right sides, and any notable property conditions. Detailed shot lists are provided with each order. Our QC team reviews every submission before it reaches the client.

What happens if my photos are rejected by QC?

If our QC team identifies issues, you'll receive specific feedback and a request to reshoot. Reshoots must be completed within 24 hours. Repeated quality issues may affect your quality score, which influences how early you receive job notifications.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Property addresses and client information are only shared with the assigned photographer for the duration of the order. Photos are stored in a secure, access-controlled environment and only accessible to the ordering client and admin team.

What payment methods do you accept for wallet funding?

We currently accept ACH bank transfers for wallet funding. When you initiate a funding request, you'll receive a unique reference number (FND-XXXXX) to include with your transfer. Funds are credited to your wallet within 1–2 business days of receipt. Card funding is coming soon.

Can I get a refund on my wallet balance?

Unused wallet balances can be refunded upon request. Contact support with your refund request and we'll process it within 5–7 business days via ACH to your original funding account. Balances applied to active or completed orders are non-refundable.

Do you offer API access for enterprise clients?
